The new Killam Properties site is a pretty high point in our development track.

Working together with colour and Brightwhite, we've built a cutting edge website geared at getting students in to apartments. With a gorgeous design, this site is easy on the eyes and ultimately informative. Applicants can walk through the whole application process in a snap - all the while using a gorgeous and intuitive implementation of Google Maps search integration for locating things on a visual map.

Our custom search builds itself based upon available data and remembers what it should in order for your repeat visits to remain a breeze. Whether you are looking for an apartment or a multi community home, the new Killam Properties can make quick time of your task.

The site features a robust and up to date data set coming from another system which allows us to acquire vacancy information and display it in real time. Building pages feature floor plan information, a carousel of photos (if available), a quick view on a robust Google Map, application links as well as contact information for leasing. Right there at the client's fingertips.

Investors can easily access stock information as well as quarterly reports.

All of this information is easily manageable by the client and data synchronization happens behind the scenes automatically. Basically, it's a snap for the client to maintain the site themselves - as well as run many facets of a large business in an easy to look at, intuitive environment.
